2026 Release
During the time of Prohibition, Old Forester was one of the few distilleries that remained in operation. This was due to a medicinal license, P-3, issued by the federal government. In 1924, Old Forester obtained barrels from other closed distilleries, which contained various mash bills. These barrels were used to create the unique and memorable taste of Old Forester, making this release a tribute to that significant time in history.
