Program Information

Before You Request

Standard Allocation is available to eligible Creekville Spirits Rewards members. Product requests are subject to availability, approval, and the customer's available point balance.

Account Required You must be signed into your Creekville Spirits account before submitting a request.

Cost Per Selection Each approved selection requires 5,000 reward points.

Multiple Requests You may request multiple items when you have enough points. List additional requested products in the Additional Notes section of the request form.

Pickup Location Select your preferred pickup store on the request form. Availability may differ between Summerville and Goose Creek.

How It Works

Request Process

Review the eligible products below, then complete the Standard Allocation request form.

Review Eligible Products

Browse the products currently included in the Standard Allocation program. Availability is not guaranteed.

Submit Your Request

Sign into your account and complete the request form, including your preferred pickup location. Multiple products may be listed in Additional Notes.

Wait for Approval

Your request will be reviewed based on product availability and your available reward-point balance.

Receive Confirmation

When approved, you will receive an email confirming that your selection is available for purchase. The applicable points are removed when that approval email is sent.

Purchase Within the Deadline

Visit the confirmed pickup location and purchase the product within five business days of the confirmation email.

Important Pickup Requirement

Purchase Within 5 Business Days

Approved products must be purchased within five business days from the date of the email confirming that your selection is available. After that deadline, the product will be returned to inventory and the reward points removed for the approved selection will not be refunded.

Allocation Day Exclusions

Certain Sizes Are Not Eligible

The following sizes are reserved for Creekville Spirits Allocation Day and cannot be requested through the Standard Allocation process. Other eligible sizes of these products may still be displayed below.

Eagle Rare 1.75L

Reserved for Allocation Day and unavailable through Standard Allocation. Other eligible Eagle Rare sizes may still be requested when shown below.

Weller Special Reserve 1.75L

Reserved for Allocation Day and unavailable through Standard Allocation. Other eligible Weller Special Reserve sizes may still be requested when shown below.
