We may limit or prohibit orders that appear, in our reasonable judgment, to have been placed by dealers, resellers, distributors, automated purchasing systems, or persons attempting to bypass purchase limits.
If we modify or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you using the email address or phone number provided with the order.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information and to update that information as needed so we can process transactions and contact you regarding your order.

Our failure to enforce a right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
Any ambiguity in these Terms will not automatically be interpreted against the party responsible for drafting them.
Back to top ↑Governing Law
These Terms and any separate agreement through which we provide services will be governed by and construed according to the laws of the State of South Carolina and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts with proper authority in South Carolina, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

We may update, change, or replace portions of these Terms by posting a revised version on the Site.
The updated date displayed at the top of the page will identify the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Site after revised Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
Back to top ↑Age Requirement
The Site and its alcoholic-beverage purchasing features are intended only for individuals who are at least 21 years of age and located in the United States.
By accessing the Site or placing an order, you represent that you are at least 21 years old. If you do not meet this requirement, you are not authorized to use the Site or purchase alcoholic beverages from Creekville Spirits.
Agreement of Purchase and Pickup
By placing an order, the customer agrees that the person whose name appears on the order will be the person who picks up the order at the selected Creekville Spirits location.
The name on the customer’s valid government-issued photo ID must match the name associated with the order unless Creekville Spirits has expressly approved another arrangement.
We may refuse to release an order when identification cannot be verified, the purchaser is under 21, the purchaser appears intoxicated, or releasing the order would violate applicable law or store policy.
Back to top ↑Cancellation and Restocking Fee
When an order must be canceled, refunded, or voided for reasons not caused by Creekville Spirits, a fee equal to 5% of the order’s grand total may be deducted from the refund.
Reasons may include:
- The customer does not pick up the order before the second close of business after the order has been marked ready for pickup and notice has been sent.
- A person other than the named purchaser attempts to pick up the order without prior approval.
- The customer changes their mind or no longer wishes to complete the transaction after the order has been processed.
Rewards Program
Participation in the Creekville Spirits Rewards Program is subject to program rules, purchase requirements, eligibility requirements, and any additional terms displayed on the Site.
Rewards points, rewards, account benefits, and digital rewards cards have no cash value unless expressly required by law.
Creekville Spirits reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to:
- Correct or reverse points awarded in error.
- Reclaim points associated with refunded, canceled, or fraudulent transactions.
- Combine, suspend, or close duplicate or abusive accounts.
- Cancel rewards obtained through fraud, manipulation, or policy violations.
- Change earning rates, redemption requirements, rewards, or program features.
- Discontinue the rewards program after providing any notice required by law.
Customers are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and protecting access to their rewards account.
Back to top ↑Right to Cancel Orders
Creekville Spirits may cancel or modify an order that was placed using an incorrect price, inaccurate product listing, inventory error, technical malfunction, duplicate offer, or other material mistake.
Creekville Spirits will determine, acting reasonably, whether an order was affected by a pricing or listing error.
When we cancel an order because of our pricing or inventory error, the affected amount will be refunded and no 5% cancellation or restocking fee will be charged.
