When we thought about adding oats to our Bourbon, we were reminded of the delicious chocolate oatmeal stouts we used to brew. Our "Winter Whiskey" is inspired by these rich stouts and it brings a warm and joyful feeling to our palates, perfect for the season. This Bourbon features a unique blend of raw and malted oats, complemented by the roasted cocoa flavors of chocolate malt. The result is a delightful conversation between the dry cocoa notes, the perfect amount of oak, and the distinct spiciness of the oats. Despite its name and the chocolate influence, this whiskey never becomes overly sweet and maintains a delicate dryness.
