Corn sourced from Carolina Rice Plantation in Darlington, SC. Entered the barrel at 110.1 proof and bottled at 121.2 proof. This single barrel was chosen by members of the South Carolina Bourbon Community along side Creekville Spirits for its great notes of red fruits, baked danish pastry and sweet corn. Aged 5 years.
