Crown is a family operation committed to local products and uses a methodical process for their single malt. The barley used is sourced from Manitoba and nearby provinces and is considered among the finest in the world. The final product was aged in barrels at their Valleyfield distillery in Quebec, using five different mash bills and twelve different distillation columns. The team at Crown is proud of this one, and our Tasting Notes reveal an aromatic burst of autumn with hints of apples, cinnamon, allspice, cream, and rich caramel. The finish is a delicate, warming touch of cinnamon.
