This Straight Corn Whiskey, known as Mellow Corn, is made according to specific guidelines. It is created using a mash that is made up of a minimum of 80 percent corn, and then aged for four years in a previously used Bourbon barrel. Due to the fact that our other Bourbons and American Whiskeys are aged in newly charred oak barrels, this whiskey has a lighter, straw-like color. Heaven Hill Distillery is one of the last remaining distilleries that produces this distinctive product.
