William Alan is the inaugural bourbon named after the Amick family, reflecting the legacy we strive to maintain. A prominent amount of malted grains imbues the bourbon with a unique flavor from the start, which only improves as it matures in charred oak barrels for at least 4 years then transitions to toasted oak barrels for a minimum of 3 months. Though seemingly brief, those 3 months produce an enchanting effect.
