Initially, I notice a fizzy, astringent scent in my nose, reminiscent of wet grass and Pop Rocks. A deeper breath reveals hints of honey, vanilla, and savory spices. Later on, there are notes of strawberry and vanilla cream cookies. The palate may be a bit underwhelming, with flavors of vanilla, strawberries, and key lime pie. However, a second sip reveals hints of lime, graham cracker, and milk chocolate. The final sip is a burst of citrus fruits and honey, creating a sticky, fruity scream. This is a blend of California, Indiana, and Kentucky barrels, hand-selected and aged at least 5 years
