Authentico Blanco is an unaged, 100% USDA organic, additive-free tequila crafted at the historic Tequilas Del Señor distillery (NOM 1124) using eco-friendly solar power and a multi-generational mother yeast strain dating back decades. This expression highlights the pure, crisp flavors of mature blue weber agave harvested from both the highlands and valley regions of Jalisco, delivering a nose of clean cotton sheets, wildflower strawberries, soft pine, cooked agave, and lilac; a palate of bright citrus (lemon and lemongrass), crisp green pepper, anise, mint tea, and subtle sea salt; and a straightforward, warm finish with light residual sweetness and cracking black pepper.
