Private Barrel Agreement

Private Barrel Selection Acknowledgment & Purchase Agreement

This document confirms my understanding of, and agreement to, the private barrel selection process facilitated by Creekville Spirits.

1. Barrel Selection Process
I understand that Creekville Spirits works with a third-party barrel selection partner that hosts private tasting experiences at their distillery. Through this process, I may sample and select a bourbon barrel sourced from various distilleries and mash bills, with barrel ages that may vary. I acknowledge that participation in a tasting or selection experience does not obligate me to purchase a barrel unless I make a final selection and choose to proceed.

2. Exclusive Purchase Through Creekville Spirits
If I choose to move forward with purchasing a barrel that I have personally selected through this process, I agree that the entire barrel will be purchased and bottled exclusively for me; the purchase must be completed through Creekville Spirits, a licensed South Carolina retailer; and I will not attempt to purchase or transfer the barrel through any other retailer, distributor, or entity.

3. Pass-Through Fee and Upfront Deposit
I understand and agree Creekville Spirits will apply a 5% (cash) or 8% (card) pass-through fee for the total amount of the barrel. Creekville Spirits will require an upfront non-refundable down payment of 25% after selection but prior to bottling.

4. Custom Labeling
I understand that custom labeling options may be available and that any label designs must comply with applicable federal and state regulations. Approval timelines and requirements may vary.

5. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure
I understand that details related to the private barrel selection process — including pricing, sourcing partners, tasting opportunities, and selection logistics — are shared with me in confidence. I agree not to disclose, distribute, or share this information with third parties without prior written consent from Creekville Spirits.

6. Good-Faith Acknowledgment
This document is intended to ensure clarity and transparency for all parties involved. It does not obligate me to purchase a barrel unless I make a final selection and choose to proceed. It simply confirms that if I do purchase a barrel through this process, I agree to do so through Creekville Spirits under the terms outlined above.
