Hand-selected from exceptional rye barrels in their Wisconsin rickhouse, this single barrel project showcases the finest craftmanship. This truly unique bottle offers notes of cherry and dark chocolate, with bold flavors of dark chocolate, fruit, and licorice with a yummy bubble gum note on the finish. Crafted with minimal filtration, this cask strength, straight rye whiskey was specially chosen by Creekville Spirits and members of the Creekville Bourbon Perks group. Barrel 1712 aged for 9 years.

This thing is rich, full of flavor, and for you folks scared of ryes this is a great option. Rye spice is just where it needs to be, heavy dark chocolate with a voluptuous mouth feel. This sucker is so unique, please give it a shot. You won’t be disappointed!
