Evil Bean comes to us from the Minden Mill distillery in the high desert of Nevada. Made with their spirit and locally roasted beans, it’s a coffee lover’s delight. Great in an espresso martini and excellent on the rocks.
On the nose, rich waves of coffee are in charge, as supporting elements of cacao and vanilla bean intertwine with a touch of caramel candy underneath. Coffee flavors are in charge throughout the palate, with supporting flavors of dark cacao and vanilla bean. The finish is persistent and inviting with rich coffee flavors lingering as other flavors dissipate.
